    Franchise Application
It all starts with an application! The Franchise Application is available in PDF format and print upon request. This is a good way for us to get to know you and your real estate business goals.

  • STEP 3
    Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
As this is the industry we're in, it's all about disclosure documents and paperwork. In Canada, for franchise legislation, there is a full 14-day grace period for prospective franchisees. We're almost on to the final and best step!
  • STEP 4
    The Official Franchise Agreement Package
The big day has arrived! It is time to cut the cake and review/sign the official franchise agreement package! Pop the champagne and celebrate because you’ve got yourself a franchise!
